English Language Improvement (ELICOS)

Prideshill has considerable experience in organising vacation study programs for university students from China to improve their English in intensive programs in Australian language centres.  Courses can be run from two weeks and up, with four weeks being very common.  Most student groups have been placed in Homestay environments, thus increasing the exposure to the English language.

Australian Volunteers

Prideshill is able to organise volunteer cultural programs for Australian university students wanting to learn more about Asia.  Open to any students, these programs are of particular interest to Education students as they will have the opportunity to interact with Asian students in oral English contexts.  Many of these programs include provision of living expenses, accommodation and training while in Asia.  Some even provide subsidised travel to and from Australia.
